About CABBS

Founded in 1967, CABBS brings together people who share a passion for building, sailing, paddling, and motoring in boats. Through meetings, outings, and a lending library, members have an opportunity to learn and have fun wtih those who share a similar interest. Visitors are always welcome at CABBS activities.

CABBS Membership

All CABBS members share a passion for messing with something floating on the water. A number of members have build boats, some have built to their own designs. Other members have restored boats. Some simply have a boat they are fond of and enjoy being with others who appreciate the pleasures of a small craft.

At meetings and boating events throughout the year, members have a chance to mix with those who share similar interests and talk shop. In addition, members receive a monthly newsletter and have access to the CABBS boatbuilding and cruising library. Visitors are always welcome at CABBS meetings and events. Membership dues are $25 per year.
