Real boatbuilding in a simple packageCABBS Mini-Skiff
Grab a partner under the age of twelve and build your first boat together. The CABBS Mini-Skiff is a child-sized, seven foot boat that is simple to build and goes together quickly. You only need one sheet of ¼ plywood, a few boards, construction adhesive and paint to build a boat you'll be proud to launch. The CABBS Mini-Skiff is a lot of fun in shallow water and looks great too! Use it only under adult supervision and be sure all children wear a life jacket.
The CABBS Mini-Skiff plans include all you need to know. There is a list of materials, a listing of necessary tools, and two drawings showing how to layout the parts and put them together. Step-by-step instructions guide you through assembly of the boat. Building the CABBS Mini-Skiff is a great way to introduce a child to tools and hand skills while providing memories that will last a lifetime.
